Held under the High patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, this edition brought together more than 200 participants to discuss a wide range of topics, particularly economic growth, the complexity of North-South dialogue and security challenges.

Speaking on this occasion, Julius Maada Bio shed light on the crisis of trust in international systems, institutions and laws.

For him, Africa faces a number of challenges and that is why African leaders should adopt a uniform approach to creating domestic policies and strengthening South-South cooperation in order to address urgent issues and uncertainties.

For his part, chairman of the Amadeus Institute and founder of the MEDays Forum, Brahim Fassi Fihri, said that some 40 themes were tackled in 35 sessions and round table meetings during this edition of the Forum, with the participation of political actors, experts and economic decision-makers.

The MEDays Forum is a global meeting with a very strong African connotation, which has now become a major platform notably for promoting South-South cooperation, he added.
