HM the King Offers Condolences to Family of Late Henri Michel

Rabat   -  
HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence and compassion to the family of the late Henri Michel, former coach of Morocco's national football team, who died on Tuesday at the age of 70.

In this message, HM the King says he learned with great emotion of the death of the late Henri Michel, expressing to his family, relatives and friends sincere condolences and the expression of His profound compassion.

The Sovereign also pays tribute to the memory of the late Henri Michel, who, as a footballer and then as a coach, left his mark on French and world football, stressing that Morocco has lost a faithful friend who contributed to the achievements of Morocco's national football, notably by managing to qualify brilliantly the "Atlas Lions" for the final stages of the 1998 World Cup.
