"As Muslims celebrate the blessed Eid, which symbolizes patience, empathy and solidarity, they are urged to remember the values underpinning the pristine Islamic faith, particularly those of brotherhood, solidarity and concord. They are also called upon to commit to moderation, and to reject extremism, violence and reclusiveness, in keeping with the magnanimous teachings of Islam," said HM the King in these messages.

"I therefore pray that Almighty Gad bless you for many years to come with his infinite bounties and rewards. May He help us rise to the various challenges facing our Muslim Ummah and achieve its aspirations for unity and integration, so that it may continue to enrich human civilization," the monarch concluded.
