Launched since last July 15, these exceptional flights, scheduled in coordination with the Moroccan authorities concerned, are operated according to the conditions imposed by the governments of the various countries within the framework of this operation, RAM stressed, specifying that the regular flights which were initially scheduled are being replaced by these new special flights.
Passengers holding tickets on scheduled flights are invited to contact the call center of Royal Air Maroc to inquire about how to change or cancel these tickets, said the same source.
Flights are available for sale on Royal Air Maroc's website (www.royalairmaroc.com) and through its call centers and commercial agencies as well as through travel agencies and the distribution network.
Passengers on flights to Morocco, RAM recalled, must have a negative PCR test within 48 hours and a serological test. Children under the age of 11 are exempt from the test. As for passengers taking flights from Morocco, they must learn about the health provisions required by the countries of their final destination and comply with them.
Royal Air Maroc also recalled that wearing a mask is mandatory on all its flights and that only handbags and bags for children and computers are allowed on board as carry-on baggage.
