Arrest of 168 Would-be Immigrants in the Mediterranean (Military Source)
Rabat - The Royal Navy Coast Guard, on patrol in the Mediterranean, intercepted Wednesday and Thursday, several makeshift boats, kayaks and jet skis, with on board 168 would-be immigrants, according to military sources.
The individuals, all sub-Saharans, were safely transported to various ports in the north of the Kingdom, and handed over to the local authorities, after receiving the necessary care on board Royal Navy units, according to the same source.
