In a clarification on the AT-567 flight connecting Casablanca to Monrovia on August 10, RAM points out that this flight was cancelled for technical reasons and that about sixty passengers who had to continue their onward flight to the Liberian capital were informed that they were going to take the August 11 flight and that they will be taken care of by the company in accordance with the regulations in force.

Ten passengers of various nationalities including Liberians with dual American nationality were transported to hotels in Casablanca because they are not subject to the visa requirement, while about fifty passengers of Liberian nationality could not leave the international zone of the airport for lack of a visa, given that Liberian citizens are subject to the visa requirement to have access to Moroccan territory, explains RAM.

Nevertheless, it adds, the airline has taken care of these latter passengers within the airport, by providing them with accommodation and catering.

RAM is one of the best companies in Africa. It makes sustained efforts to transport all its customers under the best conditions. RAM has won, for the fourth consecutive time, the Skytrax award for best African regional airline, thanks to its efforts and the continuous improvement of the quality of its service.

Today, the Moroccan company serves 32 cities in Africa, in order to further contribute to facilitate the travel of its customers around the world between their places of residence and their cities of origin. Thanks to Royal Air Maroc's traffic, Casablanca international airport has become an essential connecting hub for Africa and the first African air hub for transport flows between the continent and the rest of the world.
