The same source noted that the royal Gendarmerie services had arrested two sub-Saharan Africans involved in organizing an illegal immigration operation in the commune of Ras El-Ma (Nador).

These arrests follow investigations and searches carried out by the royal Gendarmerie services after foiling, on Tuesday, an illegal immigration operation of 58 people from sub-Saharan countries, who were onboard a pneumatic boat off the coast in the commune of Ras El-Ma.

The inquiry conducted by the royal Gendarmerie services under the supervision of the competent prosecutor's office revealed that the two suspects received money in return for their act, the source added, noting that investigations are under way to identify and catch other persons involved in these criminal activities.
