Burkina Faso strongly appreciates the latest speech by HM the King, who is striving so that we could remove arguments delaying us and work to appease ties between brotherly countries, search for real solutions to Africa's problems, unity and shared economic development, and ameliorate our populations' living conditions, Kaboré told the press on the sidelines of MEDays Forum, slated Nov. 7-10 in Tangiers.

The Burkina Faso's leader said that he really appreciates "the hand extended to our brothers in Algeria so that the borders, which have been closed for a long time, be re-opened and that we could work together for the common cause of Africa."

Roch Marc Christian Kaboré was awarded, on the same day, the 2018 MEDays Grand Prix for his efforts to serve progress, peace and development in his country and his fight for regional and continental integration.
