They are the Al Omrane group, the Federation of urban agencies of Morocco Majal, the Moroccan Federation of tests and control (FEDEC), the National Federation of real estate developers (FNPI), the National Order of Architects (CNOA), the National Order of Topographic Surveyor Engineers (ONIGT), the National Order of Notaries of Morocco (CNONM), the National Agency for Urban Renovation and Rehabilitation of Run-down Buildings and the Sustainable Development Program for Ksour and Kasbah, said a press release from the Ministry of National Planning, Town Planning, Housing and Town Policy.
They also undertake to make all their employees and affiliates aware of the adoption of the health measures stipulated in the guide by the Ministry of National Planning, Town Planning, Housing and Housing Policy, in consultation with construction professionals.
The professionals of the building and real estate sector welcome and adhere to all efforts made by the said department and reiterate the commitment of their members to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, said the ministry in a press release.
The ambition is to implement the measures for a gradual and secure re-opening of activities and the solutions guaranteeing a sustainable and concerted recovery with the entire value chain.
