"The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Spain, in collaboration with the Spanish government and the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, will launch, as of Saturday July 18, 2020, a repatriation plan by sea, for the benefit of 7,100 seasonal Moroccan workers, who took part in the agricultural campaign in Huelva, as part of the circular migration program between the two countries," the release said.
"The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco would like to thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, the State Secretariat for Migration, as well as the President of the Junta and the whole team of the Government of Andalusia, for their precious collaboration, their follow-up and their great interest in the situation of Moroccan seasonal workers," the source added.
"Our thanks also go to the Government's Delegation in Andalusia and the Sub-Delegation in Huelva, for their support throughout this period, as well as to employers' organizations and companies in the red fruit sector for their support during this period", it said.
