In a statement to M24, MAP's news channel, President of the Diplomatic Foundation Abdelati Habeksaid said that many cooperation issues were raised during the meeting with African ambassadors and the Japanese ambassador.
For his part, the Japanese Ambassador in Rabat Takashi Shinozuka, noted, in a similar statement to M24, that Braun's visit to Morocco is a sign of the long-standing friendship between the Kingdom and the United States.
While recalling that Japan is a great ally of the United States and a great friend of Morocco, Shinozuka said he was happy to take part in this meeting and to see relations between Rabat and Washington "grow stronger".
For his part, Secretary General of the Diplomatic Foundation Jean Christophe Bertrand said that this meeting aims to enrich the discussions on strengthening cooperation between the United States of America and African countries.
