The celebration of this year, which coincides with the 51st anniversary of the Francophonie, was organized in collaboration with the Group of Francophone Embassies and the Francophone University Agency, the ministry said in a statement.
This celebration was held with the participation of Ambassador of France in Rabat Hélène Le Gal, Ambassador of Senegal in Rabat Ibrahim Al Khalil Seck, in his capacity as President of the Group of Francophone Ambassadors in Morocco, as well as director of the Francophone University Agency Danielle Pailler.
The activities organized this year, with the support of several national and international educational and cultural departments and organizations, and taking into account health restrictions, include the organization of round tables, film screening, and the presentation of books as well as inclusive photography and craft exhibition.
As a pledge of the exemplary collaboration between Morocco and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), a handcrafted present was made by Moroccan craftsmen to be offered on behalf of the Kingdom of Morocco to Secretary General of the OIF Louise Mushikiwabo, the statement concluded.
